Great book. Until I started reading about students with special disabilities and the biasness that can occur between faculty and administration, I would've never understood the many challenges and hurdles educators have to jump over to reach a solution. At times there seemed to have been no solution. Formidable and genuine experiences teach me much about my plight and possible succeses as a future educator.
